explore the ocean
Clear blue aquamarine waters filled with vibrant coral reefs and colourful marine life will keep you entranced as you explore pristine underwater worlds to the sounds of haunting whale songs as they migrate. With over 400 species of coral, Fiji is known as the soft coral capital of the world, snorkel among beautiful islands, calm blue hued lagoons and explore the myriad varieties of marine life of the South Pacific.
There’s nothing like kayaking to get up close and personal with the ocean’s amazing sea life, including dolphins, sea turtles and the occasional humpback whale. Observe pristine coral reefs, splash about in blue crystal waters, past a rugged coastline or white sand beaches – the adventure is yours.
Invented in 1992 by 18-year old Ralph Samuelson who thought if you can ski on snow, you could ski on water and there’s nothing quite like water skiing across the ocean within sight of pristine beaches in a tropical climate. Experience the ultimate rush as you skim across the water’s surface, whether you are a beginner or an experienced waterskier, there’s nothing quite like it.
Crystalline visibility and dramatic underwater landscapes waiting to be explored amid the ebb and flow of tropical currents. The South Pacific holds some of the most diverse and rich ecosystems on the planet with labyrinthine coral reefs studded with swim-throughs, caves and arches.
